Return to Calm meditation sessions
Stroud, Tuesdays 7-9pm
We will explore a range of techniques to apply in any situation to bring your body back to its natural rhythm. Return to Calm meditation series is designed to manage our emotional and physical wellbeing such as stress, anxiety, mood swings, depression, addictive behaviours, and hypertension, to help bring balance to our day-to-day.
Through these meditations we will make continuous subtle shifts that change the way we relate to our experiences so that we feel connected to our surroundings and to ourselves. The sessions will support you individually and in relationships as these techniques work at a cellular level to reconfigure thought patterns. Utilising these tools as a practice whether for two minutes or an hour will help you to be more conscious and self-aware in your actions and in turn bring about the change within.
With each session you will go deep into the body where your own body’s wisdom will reveal insights to you whilst releasing those long-locked emotions – you will feel warm and light from the deep healing and inner calm.

Chairs and cushions provided, shoes removed at the door, bring a rug/ blanket/ shawl/ socks for comfort and water.
